Are you injured? Then this is the session to get you back to your normal. This is a restorative session rather than a performance product like the RedPill Muscle Imbalance Assessment (RP-MIA) or SQUATFit assessment.
After the treatment session, You will receive a daily warm up routine to prepare you for your sport. Follow ups are recommended after a 6-12 week period dependent on the sessions findings.
If you have previously, had a RP-MIA or SQUATFit then you can re-book to be able to re-assess your progress. If you would still like a skill development programme, please re-book a RP-MIA or SQUATFit.
