CrossFit has been a big part of my life since being introduced to it by a friend in 2006. I trained at CrossFit on my own in a ’Globo’ gym for 1 year before the first CrossFit gym in Manchester opened in Stockport in 2007.
I completed my Crossfit Level 1 certification in the first European certification ever at CrossFit Manchester in September 2008.
My studies intobiomechanics have led me to specialise in helping CrossFit athletes achieve greater success in the fundamental movements of CrossFit faster than other more well known methods. I now work consistently week in and week out with the members of CrossFit 3D helping them to achieve the fundamentals better and more easily and also helping to overcome the aches, pains and injuries that come along with any regular intensive sporting activity.
Now I am helping other affiliates and their members by providing a mobile service where I can visit your box for 2-3 days and help your members achieve the fundamentals more easily with prescriptive mobility work based upon their own individual biomechanics rather than a one size fits all mobility programme. Using the traditional foam rolling and static stretching methods you will probably find that you have gained success with some people, and limited to no progress with others.
